TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Jesus Calderon and Alfonso Zasueta both face federal charges linked to a drug investigation.
In federal court documents, a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) laid out the situation leading to charges of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute and distribution of fentanyl.
Court documents show the Toledo Metro Drug Task Force obtained information that Calderon was living in the Detroit area and supplying quantities of fentanyl and cocaine, which were then to be distributed in Toledo.
After police arrested Zasueta, he reportedly confessed to his and Calderon's role in delivering the drugs. According to authorities, Calderon did not admit to the charges.
