SYLVANIA (13abc Action News) -- On the links at Highland Meadows, there's Lydia, Stacy, Brittany ... and Kelly?
13abc's Kelly Heidbreder spent rounds one and two of the Marathon Classic walking the course as a volunteer.
What made her decide to volunteer?
"Well, my daughter golfs and her best friend golfs," explains Kelly, "and so I thought, you know what, we done this for years as media and it's really fun, what they say, get inside the ropes."
Kelly's up close and personal experience is just that - it's personal.
She's here for fun.
"I really got to see some great golf. And some of these ladies are 5 feet tall, 85 pounds wet and they whack that ball 250. I mean, it's just crazy. So, we're able to watch some great golf."
While the pros made the game look easy, Kelly carried their signs like a pro.
You might think it's all in a day's work, but for Kelly, it's all on her days off.
