Ohio man sentenced to life without parole for murdering his estranged wife

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - An Ohio man was sentenced on Friday to life without parole for fatally shooting his wife in 2016.

Terry Campbell, 41, of Toledo was arrested last year after a six hour long standoff.

Police found Cora Campbell, 32, dead in a Toledo home. A coroner said she was repeatedly shot.

Police said a baby inside the home during the standoff and wasn't hurt.

Campbell said he will appeal the convictions. He declined to make a statement since Campbell is deciding to appeal the case.
