TOLEDO, Ohio (13abc Action News) – The entire area is now under a Wind Chill Advisory, all the way through the morning on Wednesday. Paulding and Allen Counties are under a Wind Chill Warning as the wind chill could drop to -25 to -30 degrees on Tuesday.
Highs on Tuesday could stay in the single digits which would set a record for the "coldest" high temperature recorded on this date. The current record is 10° set back in 1920.
It will warm up on Wednesday with highs in the middle teens. However, the last leg of the arctic cold will move in late week and it will be the worst of the season. Friday's high will be around 5 with lows between -5 and -10 on Friday and Saturday morning. Highs will return to the upper 20s on Sunday and the middle 30s arrive on Monday.
