TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The City of Toledo has announced a road closure near ProMedica Toledo Hospital that will have drivers detouring on their way to the hospital.
The closure is set to start Saturday, November 4 on the stretch of ProMedica Parkway, between Central Avenue and Monroe Street.
The city says that the closure is expected to last two weeks.
Crews are installing a new stretch of ProMedica Parkway between Central Avenue and Monroe Street so that drivers will have a more direct access to the hospital from I-475.
The new stretch of ProMedica Parkway is expected to reopen by November 17.
During the closure, drivers are asked to use Upton to get between Central and Monroe.
