TOLEDO (WTVG) -- Thousands of people come to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral every year at the end of Summer for the Greek-American Festival.
At the start of November, there's a new tradition - Greece Uncorked!
"So, it's a one-night event. Little bit smaller scale than the festival, but it's still something that the community can enjoy," explains Stacy Morris, who helped organize the event through the Greek women's outreach group, "Philoptochos."
This 4th annual night of Greek dancing, food and wine tasting, Saturday, November 4, 2017, will benefit two organizations outside the church, Aurora Project and Noah's House.
"One of the things I love about this event is that it allows a lot of the people to participate in something larger than themselves," says Father Larry Legakis.
Tickets are $50.00. For information about Greece Uncorked, click the link.
