JERUSALEM TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WTVG) - State Troopers say a woman is dead after a crash on the Bono Curve overnight. Troopers identified the victim was Courtney Gibbon, 27.

According to a police report, Gibbons was driving along SR2 around 10:45 Monday night. State troopers say they're not sure why she got out of her vehicle, but she stopped driving and started walking in the middle of the highway.

Troopers say one driver hit Gibbons with her driver's side mirror. Gibbons kept walking and was eventually hit by another vehicle. The driver of that semi truck kept going and was found in the morning in Ottawa County.

State troopers are still investigating the incident. As of 11:00am on Tuesday, no charges have been filed.
