WTVG - Fiat-Chrysler released images showing the interior of the next-generation Jeep Wrangler.
The 2018 model features 4x4 capability, with a modern design. The company says the vehicles comes equipped with advanced fuel-efficient powertrains, more open-air options and are loaded with safety features and advanced technology.
The new Wrangler is set to be unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show in late November.
Fiat-Chrysler showed off the new Wrangler on Halloween in a news conference at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
Along with that first-look, Mopar also unveiled a line of more than 200 exclusive parts and accessories for the SUV.
Like the current model, the new vehicle will be built at the Toledo Assembly Complex. While it's an all-new design, leaders say it was important to stay true to Wrangler's past.
"When we began redesigning the new Wrangler, we knew we had to walk that fine line between making significant improvements, but staying true to Wrangler's soul, and of course, its legendary four-by-four capability," said head of Jeep and Ram brands Mike Manley.
Full production on the new Wrangler in Toledo is expected by the end of the year with vehicles on dealer lots in the first half of next year.
