No plea deal was reached in the murder case of 57-year old James Worley in Fulton County Monday.
Worley is accused of murdering 20-year Sierah Joughin in July of 2016. Prosecutors say he abducted Joughin while she was riding her bike home on a rural Fulton County Road. Investigators found Sierah's body 3-days later buried in a shallow grave.
Worley faces several charges including two counts of aggravated murder, murder, abduction and felonious assault. He's also charged with having weapons under a disability, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and gross abuse of a corpse.
There was the final pre-trial hearing scheduled before Worley's trial is scheduled to begin in March. It is expected to last up to four weeks.
