TOLEDO (WTVG) -- Health inspectors are always on the lookout for proper stacking, especially in a walk-in cooler.
For example, if they see raw poultry above raw beef, it's a violation.
That exact violation happened at TJ Hibachi and Sushi inside the Franklin Park Mall.
During the last Standard Health Inspection there, a sanitarian with the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department noted 11 Violations, including 3 Critical:
X Raw poultry above raw beef in walk in cooler.
X Cut lettuce and salad dressing between 54F-56F.
X Ice scoops observed with handles directly in ice.
13abc spoke with an employee at TJ Hibachi and Sushi over the phone. We're still waiting to hear from a manager.
Also, White Tower on Sylvania Ave. had 11 Violations, including 6 Critical:
X Expired cooked potato inside walk in cooler.
X Heavy build up on can opener blade.
X Live gnats inside the facility.

Now for the restaurants with zero violations: Gyro Town in Timberstone Commons on West Sylvania in Sylvania Township.
