BOWLING GREEN - Shakif Seymour ran for five touchdowns in Toledo's 66-37 win over rival Bowling Green.
The Rockets (9-2, 6-1) have now won eight games in a row over the Falcons (2-9, 2-5).
During the third quarter Logan Woodside broke Bruce Gradkowski's all-time career touchdown mark. Woodside's TD pass to Jon'vea Johnson was the 86th of his career, surpassing the 85 Gradkowski threw from 2002-2005.
The game was 24-21 in favor of UT at halftime but four third quarter touchdowns put the game out of reach.
The Rockets finished with 637 total yards compared to 389 for the Falcons.
With the win the Rockets continue to control their own destiny in the MAC West Division standings. They are tied with Northern Illinois with identical 6-1 conference records. However, UT owns the tie-breaker based on their head-to-head 27-17 victory over the Huskies on November 2nd.
UT will host Western Michigan in the regular season fniale Friday November 24th at a time to be determined.
Northern Illinois will travel to Central Michigan on the same day.
