(Sylvania)-- Treo Restaurant/One2Lounge announced Thursday it would close its doors in February.
The upscale restaurant inside the Maplewood Marketplace Building in downtown Sylvania will serve its final meal after eight years. The City of Sylvania is selling the building to undisclosed private investors. The restaurant announced on its Facebook page that the investors "have plans for the space in which Treo is operating."
The restaurant says "it is with much sadness" that they announce the permanent closing. The business will honor gift cards until the close of business on February 4th.
The city of Sylvania is selling the building for $1.1 million. There is no word yet on what will happen with the building.
