WHITEHALL, Ohio (AP) -- A lawyer for the company managing some central Ohio townhomes says its no-flags policy is a neutral one. The Columbus Dispatch reports the firm managing the Estates at Eden of Whitehall has taken heat after ordering an 86-year-old tenant to remove an American flag from in front of her unit.
