CINCINNATI (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden will be in Cincinnati this morning, speaking at the National Urban League conference. Biden's appearance comes a day after he spoke to NAACP leaders in Las Vegas. The Urban League gathering will also hear from GOP chairman Reince Priebus (ryns PREE'-bus).

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A settlement has been reached in a class-action lawsuit alleging the state insurance fund for injured workers overcharged employers hundreds of millions of dollars. The agreement announced last night sets up a $420 million fund to repay roughly 270,000 small business owners that were overcharged.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) - A Youngstown area woman convicted with her boyfriend of enslaving a mentally-disabled woman in their home for nearly two years faces sentencing today. Jessica Hunt's sentence could range as high as 30 years to life. The boyfriend, Jordie Callahan, was sentenced to 30 years on Tuesday.

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - A Dalton man has been charged in the 1995 killings of his wife and another woman. Robert Honsch, who lived in New York at the time, was charged with murder Tuesday night, with authorities alleging he shot his wife. The other victim was found in a Connecticut strip mall parking area.
