    DETROIT (AP) - A judge is set to resume Detroit's bankruptcy trial after a three-day break tied to a settlement with a major creditor.Judge Steven Rhodes is hearing evidence to help him decide whether Detroit's plan is fair to creditors and feasible for the city in the years ahead.     COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A monthly update shows Ohio's casino revenue increased nearly 4 percent in August compared with the previous month but fell shy of the totals from a year earlier.The Ohio Casino Control Commission released last month's revenue figures for Ohio's four voter-approved casinos on Monday afternoon.In August, the casinos in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo totaled more than $70.6 million in revenue.
