Fitting in Fitness, Diet Myths, and Healthy Side dishes

This week on Rebecca Regnier's Full Plate...

Do you have time for fitness? A lot of people say they're too busy Rebecca has been using Pinterest lately to get motivated. Here's a quote that got her moving the other day. "People a lot busier than you are running right now!" 

To "fit in fitness" Rebecca met with Julie Diver, the creator of the AM Fight Club. Julie teaches combat fitness at 5:30 a.m. for those brave early risers. BUT if you need to fit in fitness at other times of day she's got a unique website where you can view workouts tailored to your busy schedule. People all over the country are joining the AM Fight Club online.

During the Weigh In Segment Brittany Gibbons from Curvy Girl Guide and Rebecca quiz Dr. Dan about diet myths. How much water? What's the most effective way to lose? And does walking really work?

Finally we get in the kitchen! Diana Patton. She's showing us her great idea for Brussels sprouts and brown rice that seemed too good to be healthy!
