1. TOLEDO BAR SHOOTING
At least five people were shot after a fight outside of *Mugshots* bar overnight. Toledo Police say two of those victims were seriously injured. We're still waiting to hear if police have arrested any suspects in connection with the crime.
2. SUPER BOWL PARTY SHOOTING
Three people were hurt after a shooting at a Super Bowl party. Police say someone fired a gun into a home near Woodland and City Park. Police are searching for the suspected shooter and investigating *why* the home may have been targeted.
3. NO REFUSAL WEEKEND
BG Police say 5 impaired drivers were cited this weekend during the No Refusal Weekend Enforcement. Officers say the five individuals all agree to breathalyzer tests. Suspected driver who refused a breathalyzer were subject to blood testing. The enforcement fell within the Bowling Green Court System jurisdiction. The Wood County Sheriff's Department reports zero citations.

4. OH: STATE OF THE STATE
Ohio Governor John Kasich is set to detail his plan for the buckeye state tomorrow. Kasich will deliver his State of the State address from an elementary school in Stuebenville ... marking the first time the speech will be delivered away from the statehouse. The Governor is expected to focus on education and natural gas drilling.
5. OH: REGISTRATION FOR MARCH PRIMARY
Today is the deadline to register to cast a ballot on March sixth. You can get registration information online, or from your county board of elections office. Ohio's early voting period continues through March second.
6. OH: KAPTUR ON ASIAN CARP
Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur is headed to Huron working with leaders to solve the Great Lakes Asian carp problems. Kaptur hosts a public forum beginning at noon at the BGSU Firelands campus. The congresswoman is teaming up with the director of the White House's Council on Environmental Quality.
7. MI: HOEKSTRA GETS HEAT OVER AD
(AP) - A group of black ministers in Detroit is asking U.S. Senate candidate Pete Hoekstra to apologize for his Super Bowl ad portraying a young Asian woman speaking broken English. Rev. Charles Williams II of Detroit's King Solomon Baptist church says the woman's broken English is no different than "having a black person speaking in slave dialect."

8. U.S. CLOSES EMBASSY IN SYRIA
(AP) - The Obama administration has closed the U.S. Embassy in Damascus and pulled all American diplomats out of Syria. Officials say Ambassador Robert Ford and other diplomats left Syria today. It's the most dramatic U.S. move so far after 11 months of a violent crackdown on dissent by President Bashar Assad's regime. The State Department warned last month it would close the embassy unless Assad's government stepped up its protection.
