Federal, state and local law enforcement officials are coming together this afternoon to announce an indictment related to the searches last year to several IHOP restaurants in Northwest Ohio and Indiana.
The FBI indicted employees from six IHOP locations in the area Wednesday for charges including money laundering, wire fraud, aggravated theft and harboring illegal aliens.

TOLEDO, Ohio -
It's the end of an era for the Erie Street Market. On Tuesday the city announced it will no longer book events at the venue.
City officials say they simply aren't making a profit. The money generated barely covers the utilities.
So, the city is hoping a private business will step in and take it over.
Erie Street Market was originally built as Toledo's principal food distribution center in the 1900s. In 1929, the city added an auditorium for entertainment.
The market was formerly known as the Civic Auditorium. Joe Louis boxed there, the UAW rallied there, and Elvis Presley reportedly sang there.
But, in the early 90s, the city went into the entertainment and event venue business. Some say the decision led to the market's downfall.
Sharon Allison was a vendor who was evicted from the market last December.
"That was the problem right there," she says. "It got dumped on the city people, and they really weren't interested."
It's a fact city leaders won't dispute.
"That's not a core function of a city," says Deputy Mayor Tom Crothers. "Some say you're competing with the private sector, and I won't disagree with that."
Crothers explains the city's decision to get out of the entertainment business as an attempt to maximize funding for police, fire and other essential services.
Libbey Glass Outlet is the only tenant left at the Erie Street Market. Its lease expires in September.
So what will become of the market?
Crothers tells 13abc, "It's a neat historic building, our job right now is to find a purpose for it that makes sense for a future business in the warehouse district area."
