1. MUGSHOTS CLOSES
A victim of the shooting at the Toledo bar that was closed today by a judge, says don't punish the bar. Lakeisha Carter was one of six people shot while waiting outside Mugshots early Monday morning. As a result, the city got a temporary restraining order that closed the bar. Carter, who was shot twice, says the bar is being blamed for the actions of the shooters.
2. TARTA PERRYSBURG
Voters in Perrysburg will vote in the March primary whether to opt out of Tarta bus service. Coincidentally, the bus service held a federally mandated meeting in Perrysburg tonight on Tarta's plans to improve service and maintain or expand coverage. But residents still wondered what would happen if Tarta is voted out of Perrysburg. Tarta says it has an exit strategy that involves a six month window to continue providing service.

Ohio Governor John Kasich delivered his State of the State address today, telling Ohio lawmakers to steer clear of what he calls "mindless partisanship" and find common ground. He asked them to put politics aside and do what's good for the people of Ohio. The Republican governor delivered his speech in Steubenville at the top-ranked elementary school Wells Academy.
4. MILITIA JURY
Jury selection began today in the trial against seven people accused of conspiring against the government as members of a southern Michigan militia. The judge hopes to whittle down the pool of potential jurors to 50 by next week.

The Associated Press reports that Rick Santorum has won the Minnesota Republican presidential caucuses. He also won the non-binding Missouri primary which offers only bragging rights and no delegates.

A federal appeals court in San Francisco has ruled Proposition 8, California's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. But it left it in force while appeals are made. The issue could wind up before the Supreme Court.

Yingling, 26, was inside the Target on U.S. 250 near Sandusky Tuesday around 7:30 p.m. She was in the changing room, trying on pants. That's when she spotted an I-phone sticking out from underneath a stall. According to police, it was recording her with its camera.

Federal, state and local law enforcement officials are coming together this afternoon to announce an indictment related to the searches last year to several IHOP restaurants in Northwest Ohio and Indiana.
The FBI indicted employees from six IHOP locations in the area Wednesday for charges including money laundering, wire fraud, aggravated theft and harboring illegal aliens.
