Attorney General Mike DeWine Explains What Every Business Needs to Know about Ohio's Consumer Law at February's TASBA Luncheon.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine will be the featured speaker at the Toledo Area Small Business Association (TASBA) Luncheon on Thursday February 16th, 2012 at the Hilton Hotel Toledo, 3100 Glendale Ave. Toledo, OH. The Attorney General will be available for interviews beginning around 11:30 a.m., with his formal presentation beginning at approximately 12:05 p.m.
As the head of the agency that oversees Ohio's consumer laws, Attorney General DeWine's presentation will focus on compliance with consumer laws, resources available to educate businesses about them, and the dispute resolution process that is available to business owners when issues arise. Sandy Lynskey, Chief of the Consumer Protection Section of the Attorney General's office will also be on hand to deliver a portion of the presentation and be available to answer questions from the audience.
