TOLEDO, Ohio -

Toledo police Tuesday identified Shaqueal Broadnax, 18, as a man who was shot Monday night during an attempted robbery at Torry Hill Drive and Macomber Street in West Toledo.

Broadnax was transported to Toledo Hospital for three gunshot wounds, officers said. He was listed in good condition, according to a hospital spokesman.

He told police two men got out of a silver Chevrolet Impala about 8:00 p.m. and began firing at him with a small caliber handgun and then fled.

There was no word of arrests Tuesday morning.
