What could be more exciting than "watching" sports? Possibly "reading" about sports? Welcome to Clifton's Corner! I'm thrilled to get the chance to take you inside the world of sports from an athlete's perspective.
Now, this is not going to be necessarily a Sports Illustrated kind of read. However, I think that's exactly what makes my blog interesting. I will, from time to time, get thoughts from athletes themselves, fans, or maybe even just tell you what I see.
One thing I can say about myself is I see sports from the eye of an athlete, in the heat of the moment. Here, I will translate it back to you as if you were there, on the field, on the court, in the stands, or even watching through a television screen at that moment.
I think you will enjoy the flavor I can add to sports, and I hope you will be able to get a taste of what sports is actually like for most athletes. After all, sports allow individuals to "Live in the Moment, right?" I challenge you to do so, too - Enjoy!!
