Memorial Hospital in Fremont and ProMedica have signed an agreement to make the hospital a member of ProMedica.

Over the next few months the Ohio Attorney General will complete a review. Once that is completed, the organizations will finalize the relationship. Memorial Hospital has served the Sandusky County public for more than 90 years.
