Police have narrowed the search for someone impersonating a health inspector. Officers say the man walked into two Mexican restaurants and claimed to be and inspector. Toledo police say the suspect stopped by 2 San Marco restaurants earlier this week, one on Broadway, the other on Galena.
Now they need help identifying the man in the surveillance video. Health Department officials say they aren't really sure what the guy is up to, but he may be trying to get access to personal and business credit card numbers and other information. The restaurants called the Lucas County Health Department after the man started acting suspicious. That's when he took off.
Police say the man fled the scene in a green Ford Explorer, with Ohio plates of FNF6723. If you have any information call Crimestopper 419-255-1111.
