So far, ( knock on wood please ) our severe weather season has been on the low side, the jet stream has been far north, taking the energy north too. June and July can be a busy month for big storms, so we must still be on the ready in the event our weather pattern changes. As always, we will keep you updated. Stay tuned. Blizzardbill

    It has been a slow severe weather season up to this point, but this weekend will be the busiest of the season so far. There were more than 20 tornado reports on Saturday and over 200 severe reports totals.
    More than 200 severe weather reports and 20 tornadoes were observed in the plains on Saturday.
