Bond set for suspect in deadly home invasion

TOLEDO, Ohio -

A man accused of a Toledo home invasion that left one person dead faced a judge Tuesday morning.

Demeko McDaniel was arraigned, and his bond was set at $1.6 million.

He's is accused of shooting and killing 39-year-old Junior Francous after breaking into a home on Bricker Avenue last month.

His case has been continued to next week so he can get a lawyer.
