Down utility pole blocks lane on Talmadge after crash

TOLEDO, Ohio -
Toledo Edison was at Monroe Street and Talmadge Road this morning after a driver hit a utility pole and knocked it over. According to Toledo police, that driver was out around 3:00 this morning when he lost control.
The man behind the wheel tells officers he was on the streets learning how to drive. No one was hurt.
