Stop & Shop robbery caught on surveillance video

Toledo Police are on the hunt for a man, they say robbed a local Stop & Shop at knifepoint.  It happened in the 54 hundred block of Dorr street just before midnight on Wednesday.  The crime was caught on camera.

The video shows the suspect walk into the carry out with a hoodie on.  He walks around the building, stopping for several seconds at one of the coolers.  At that point, he reaches under his hood and pulls a white mask over his face, and confronts the clerk and demands money.

The clerk complied removing the cash drawer and setting it on the counter.  The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
