The case of a Toledo man charged with endangering children was bound over to a grand jury.
According to court documents, earlier this month 18-year-old Jesus Rivera grabbed his 4-month-old son's leg and rolled him over in bed, breaking the baby's leg.
Rivera's bond was originally set at $100,000. Wednesday it was reduced to $25,000.
