President Obama making stop in NW Ohio

TOLEDO, Ohio -

As 13abc first reported, President Obama will be in northwest Ohio this week. He will be in Maumee on Thursday. There's no word on what other potential stops he will be making

Campaign officials confirmed that Obama's two-day road trip through Pennsylvania and Ohio will kick-off July 5.  It will be the President's first bus tour of the 2012 campaign.

The Maumee event is free and open to the public, though a ticket is required for entrance. One ticket per person will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets are available starting today at 5 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Organizing for America Toledo Office - 119 N. Ontario St.
  • Organizing for America Sylvania Office - 5834 Monroe St., Suite O
  • Organizing for America Bowling Green Office - 123 E. Court St.
