Five taken to hospital after Tracy Road Accident

The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigaing a one vehicle crash that happened around 8 p.m. last night. It happened on Tracy in Lake Township. A Jeep struck a tree and 23 year old Brittanee Koontz was taken to St. Vincent's. Her injuries are listed as serious but non-life threatening.

Four other kids were in the vehicle. Seirra Brewer, age 15, was taken to St. Vincent with minor injuries. An infant, Jacob Koontz, age 1, son of the driver, was in a car seat was taken to St. Vincent's for observation. OHP says the infant was in a car seat. Samantha June, 14, was taken to taken to Toledo Children's Hospital, and is currently in critical condition. Paige Liendhurst, 15, was ejected and transported to St. Vincent with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
