Lawmakers on Capitol Hill say they're outraged over team USA's Olympic uniforms.
ABC news reported the red, white and blue clothing designed by Ralph Lauren was made in China.
Thursday members of Congress spoke out slamming the US Olympic Committee for the move.
Senate Majority Leader Democrat harry Reid said,
"I am so upset. I think the Olympic committee should be ashamed of themselves. I think they should be embarrassed. I think they should take all the uniforms, put them in a big pile and burn them and start all over again."
Republican House Leader John Boehner said, "You'd think they'd know better."
The US Olympic Committee responded to the criticisms, telling ABC News, "The US Olympic Team is privately funded and we're grateful for the support of our sponsors."
It went on to say it's proud of its partnership with Ralph Lauren, which it points out, is an American company.
