The second annual Sand-Tastic! summer festival is underway at Levis Commons in Perrysburg. Throughout the weekend, a team of sculptors is building four sand structures using eight tons of sand.
"We have four different sculptors placed throughout Levis Commons," says business owner Chad Hartson. "The sculptures are roughly about ten tons of sand each. They range from six to 8 feet tall."
Events continue until 8 p.m. Saturday night and again on Sunday beginning at noon.
