1. SCOUT LEADER FOUND DEAD
An assistant Boy Scout leader was found dead in a tent at an area summer camp. The Williams County Sheriff says crews got the call just after 3pm today that the man wasn't breathing. It happened at the Camp Frontier Boy Scout Reservation in Pioneer. Rescue crews found 56-year-old Daniel Kretz dead. We're told he was an assistant Boy Scout leader for a troop in Toledo. The Erie Shores Council of the Boy Scouts say Kretz appears to have died in his sleep.
2. JURY SEATED
Opening statements are expected to begin tomorrow in the case of a man charged with murdering a couple in Springfield Township in January last year. The jury was seated today in the case against Cameo Pettaway. Earlier in the day, the judge ruled Pettaway is competent to stand trial for the murders of Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub. But he also ruled that Pettaway is mentally retarded and can't be sentenced to death if found guilty. Jury selection continues for the second suspect in the case. Sam Williams is charged with one count of aggravated burglary, two counts of kidnapping and two counts of aggravated murder. Williams has pleaded not guilty and could face the death penalty if convicted.

3. MISSING MOTHER
Authorities issued an arrest warrant for the boyfriend of an Ohio mother whose body was found on the North Carolina Outer Banks. Police say a body found in a vacant lot was 33-year-old Lynn Jackenheimer of Ashland. She disappeared early this month during a vacation with her children and her on-and-off boyfriend Nate Summerfield. Police say Summerfield brought the children back with Ashland then drove off. A Cleveland television station reports that US Marshals ave joined the search for Summerfield.
4. SOAP BOX DERBY
Hundreds of racers are in Akron for a week of events leading up to Saturday's championship in the All-American Soap Box Derby. This year marks the 75th running of the event. The top prizes include thousands of dollars in scholarships for top finishers.

5. IMMIGRATION LAW
(AP) - Opponents of Arizona's immigration enforcement law are launching a new offensive on its most contentious part. A coalition of civil rights groups, religious leaders and business organizations are looking to thwart the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that will allow police to enforce the so-called "show me your papers provision. The groups are seeking a court order that would prevent police from enforcing a rule requiring officers to check the immigration status of people they stop for other reasons in cases of reasonable suspicion.
6. NEW DIET PILL
The FDA today approved a new weight loss drug. It's considered the most effective therapy in a new generation of anti-obesity pills designed to help patients safely shed pounds. Qsymia is for adults who are obese or overweight and have at least one weight-related condition like high blood pressure, diabetes or cholesterol.
