Arson investigation on Parker Ave.

TOLEDO, Ohio -

Investigators say a fire on Parker Avenue is a case of arson.

The fire broke out just before midnight Friday night. One person was on the top floor of a duplex. Three were on the second floor.

All four people in the home made it out safety.

Investigators say it does look like a case of arson. The flames were put out shortly after the fire started.
