A family speaks out after a young mother is shot and killed. Investigators say Jose Moya is responsible for the death of Leandra Frankum. Moya faced a judge Wednesday morning, after being on the run for
PERRYSBURG, Ohio -
Two brothers have been indicted in connection with the shooting death of a young mother in Perrysburg Township.
Jose Moya is charged with murder and tampering with evidence. His brother Raul faces one count of obstructing justice.
Investigators say Jose Moya shot Leandra Frankum inside a home on Broad Street in Perrysburg Township.
After days on the run, Moya turned himself in to police.
If found guilty, he faces life in prison
The prosecutor made it clear this is not Moya's first run in with the law. Moya has prior misdemeanor convictions and has spent time in prison.
