SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (AP) - Deputies say an Ohio man has been arrested after making threats on a 911 call related to the recent Colorado theater shooting.
The Springfield News-Sun (http://bit.ly/LORpv9 ) reports that the 37-year-old man called 911 dispatchers early Wednesday and said "someone will die today." Authorities said he made statements about Friday's shooting in Aurora, Colo., that left 12 people dead. The man's statements included that he sympathized with the shooter and that the shooter was making a political statement.
Deputies eventually forced their way into his house and arrested the man, who said he'd been drinking. He's getting a mental health evaluation and faces misdemeanor charges that include inducing panic.
