According to the Michigan State Police a worker at the Next Specialty Resins factory in Addison , Michigan died Wednesday, shortly after noon. They say he fell into an industrial grinding machine.
The victim, Hector Fermin Campos, 27, of Adrian, had been employed at the plant for four years.
Circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation by the Michigan State Police Monroe and Jackson Posts. MIOSHA is also investigating.
Next Specialty Resins is located on Talbot Street in Addison, they specialize in recycling plastic materials.
