Lucas Co. BOE problems "pathetic" says Ohio Secretary of State

LUDINGTON, Mich. -
The Ohio Secretary of State called the ongoing problems at the Lucas County Board of Elections pathetic and unfortunate.
Jon Husted wrote a tie-breaking letter to the BOE this week.
He decided several small promotions and rejected a stalemate over a proposed organizational plan.
Husted gave the board 15 days to come up with a plan that the board can unanimously agree on. If that doesn't happened Husted says he may make personnel changes.
The Lucas county BOE is made up of two Republicans and two Democrats.
