Toledo firefighters responded to a working fire at 825 Vance St. at about 6:10 a.m. on Friday. The home appeared occupied but no one was home at the time according to Captain Glenn Gill. TFD called arson investigators to the scene, saying the fire appeared suspicious. Capt. Gill said the fire looked like it started in the front of the one story home. He says significant damage was done to the house and the home next door, but thinks it will be repairable.
