Findlay Police are investigating a fatal one-vehicle accident at W. Main Cross Street and Stanford Parkway.
A white Chevy truck was traveling westbound on W. Main Cross St. in the intersection and drove off the right side of the roadway, striking the curb. The truck then traveled through a yard, a private drive and struck a fence at Findlay Animal Clinic at 1614 W. main Cross Street, before coming to a stop.
The driver was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The crash is currently being investigated as a medical issue.
