A Tiffin teenager is in jail Saturday morning on $1,000,000 bond. Jonathon Smith,19, is charged with raped after allegedly assaulting a 9-year-old boy.
The Advertiser-Tribune reports Tiffin police arrested Smith Thursday after a woman told them Smith sexually assaulted her grandson in her backyard.
Smith faced a judge yesterday and is being held in the Seneca County jail.
