Initially authorities were investigating a possible subject barricaded into a bedroom. They blocked off the road at Stewart and Telegraph to handle the situation.
Monroe County Sheriff's deputies now say someone was serving eviction papers. A resident locked themselves in a bedroom and apparently had medical issues.
He was taken to the hospital. No charges will be filed. Monroe County Sheriff's deputies say this was a "big misunderstanding."
