Toledo police need your help to identify the robber from the Dollar General Store located at 1135 W. Sylvania.
Police say the store has been hit three times in the past six weeks.
According to a police report the suspect came in the store and told the clerk this is a robbery. Police say the robber carries a handgun.
Customer Melissa Rodgers says her kids can't come in this store.
"I shop here a lot and I bring my kids here and that's why they are not with me right now because I don't trust to bring them up here and something happen with my kids here."
Police say the suspect hides his face with the neck of his shirt.
According to a police report in one of the robberies the suspect asked the clerk "who has the keys? who has the safe code?"
The clerk entered the safe combination while the suspect waited for the 10 minute time lock. The suspect got away with all the cash.
