CooperTire and Rubber Company's profit has increased due to lower rubber costs and increased tire sales.
The profit has increased 349% to more than 51.7 million dollars in the second quarter.
The company continues to expand US distribution points and promotions which has helped to increase the number of tires sold in North America and overseas.
