Toledo native Erik Kynard, silver medalist in the Olympic high jump, will now appear on the Late Show with David Letterman. On Thursday night Kynard will mingle with the talk show host.
Erik is a former Rogers Ram, who won a state championship in Ohio and then a collegiate national championship at Kansas State before his latest triumph at the Olympics
If you want to see Erik in person, Rogers High School is having a parade this Saturday at 11am. Kynard and his silver medal will be in attendance. He's the first Toledoan to win an individual medal since 1976
