Talk about a close call! A California man was videotaping the rain, when he was almost struck by lightning!
Take a look at the dramatic video. William McNeill says he was recording the rain outside his home, when a bolt of lightning nearly hit him.
"It was so bright, I couldn't see for 5 to 10 seconds," McNeill says. "All you could see was the shape of the lightning bolt and then black…It was like a bomb, no kidding, a bomb went off in front of my door."
