Motorcyclist killed in crash with tractor driven by 12-year-old

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio -
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a tractor on TR 92 north of CR109 in Washington Township in Sandusky County Sunday afternoon.
According to the Fremont Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Nathan M. Fought, 35 of Lindsey Ohio was northbound on TR 92 when a tractor driven by a 12-year-old boy pulled out of a private drive into the path of Fought's motorcycle.
The bike struck the left side of the tractor causing him to be ejected from his motorcycle. Mr. Fought was not wearing a helmet. He was transported to UTMC by Life Flight, where he later died.
The boy operating the tractor was not injured. The crash is still under investigation. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
