It's a girl! Meet The Toledo Zoo's newest resident! The female Francois' langur monkey was born August 10.
As babies, Francois' langurs are predominantly orange, but when fully grown they have a long, silky black coat with a white band of cheek fur and a pointed crest of hair on their head.
You can see her with her parents in the zoo's primate forest.
The Toledo Zoo is one of just a handful of institutions in the US to exhibit and breed Francois' langurs.
