A Toledo man is dead after being hit by a train near the 5500 block of Angola Road.
Around 3am, police say Benjamin Ragan, 21, was walking along the railroad tracks on Angola between Reynolds road and Holland-Sylvania road.
Police say the train was going about 30 mph at the time of the crash. Ragan was pronounced dead at the scene. It's still unclear why Ragan was walking on the tracks.
