A young girl confined to a wheelchair is getting a new home.
Project Haven originated at Sylvania Southview High School. Students at the school raised more than $30,000 to help student Valerie Tayler and her family get a new home.
Now the Professional Remodelers Organization is awarding those students by contributing to their efforts.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the new home was held Wednesday. The home's value will exceed $150,000.
